Every order is packed with love and care. All number of days stated excludes the date of purchase.

  • - Standard Courier: 1 - 3 Working Days.*

    - Same Day Express A: Applicable for orders made between 1.01pm to 9.30am (SGT). For example, orders made on 6/01 8pm and 7/01 9am will be both delivered on 7/01 before 10.30pm.*

    *Tracking is provided via SMS. This will be sent to you upon the pick up of your items from our warehouse. 

    Contactless Delivery: Default Mode unless otherwise instructed by the sender / recipient. For recipients who wish to redirect the delivery, you may submit the request (subjected to approval) via:

    The rescheduling of deliveries may take up to 48 working hours.

    Our deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday excluding Public Holidays, 9am - 10pm. Self-collection is strictly not allowed.

Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you like the products you have purchased. Please ensure you have checked your orders before making payment as changes of orders are not allowed. This is to minimise confusion and discrepancies.

Due to the nature of the products and the fact that it is difficult to be certain, even on inspection, if an item has been opened or the packaging compromised in any way, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel at ask@icesecret.co with your order number and information on the ordered item(s) for a refund or exchange. Please do not discard defective items as we will need to collect it back. 

Allergies

We advise you to look through the full ingredient list which can be found in the individual product listing. It is also advised, like all skin care, to perform a skin patch test before using the product. In an unlikely event that you develop any adverse reaction (such as rash or irritation); do not continue to use the product. Seek medical treatment if your symptoms do not resolve satisfactorily.
