1. To maintain within the Gold tier, spend $1,200 every 12 months. To maintain within the Platinum tier, spend $2,900 every 12 months.
2. Ice's Secret Dollars (ICE$) will be valid for 1 year from date of earnings. Redemption has a cap of ICE$60 each time.
3. Welcome Benefit Vouchers of $15, $50 and $100 off will be available for all regular priced items, with minimum purchase of $80, $150 and $200 respectively.
4. Membership Redemption: All redemptions, benefits, and privileges are exclusively reserved for the named member. The full name of the membership account must match the individual utilizing the benefits. Member must be physically present at the time of redemption, whether it is for events, product previews, or other membership-related activities.
5. Non-Transferable: Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with or transferred to another individual. Membership benefits are intended for the personal use of the member only.
6. Membership Validity: Membership benefits are valid only during the membership period as specified upon enrollment. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure the membership remains active and up to date.
7. Account Security: Members are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their membership account information. How do I join the Blue, Gold, and Platinum tiers?
To join the respective tiers, you’ll have to hit the allocated minimum spends as shown in the table below. You’ll be enrolled into the tier you’re eligible for and stay in it for 365 days from the day you entered it.
To upgrade to a higher tier, you’ll have to increase your total amount spent to that required of the next tier within 365 days.
For example, Customer A has spent $1200 and entered the Gold tier. She must spend another $1700 to upgrade to the VIP tier (total spend of ≥$2900 required).
If you have not upgraded tiers in 365 days since and would like to retain your current tier, you must have hit the minimum spend allocated to your tier in these 365 days. Otherwise, you’ll be demoted to a lower tier matching your total spend after your 365-day cycle has ended.
For example, Customer A has spent $2900 and entered the VIP tier. She must spend another $2900 in the 365 days after entering this tier to retain her VIP tier at the end of the 365-day cycle. If she has spent less than $2900, she will be demoted to the Blue/Gold tier depending on the amount she’s spent.
