  - Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person(s).
  
  - If multiple tickets are purchased for friends/family, the purchaser of the ticket(s) must be present on the day of the event.

  - Change of timeslots will not be accepted and is fixed based on what you've chosen. If you're late to your chosen timeslot, there will not be extra time given.
